Switchgear Division

This division develops, manufactures and distributes switchgear and controlgear assemblies across a wide spectrum of market applications such as Commercial, Residential, Industrial Process Plants, Infrastructural Developments, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Marine, Oil & Gas as well as for the specialised industries such as Data Centres and other Mission Critical projects such as hospitals. The division has developed M-Cube, a high-end revolutionary switchgear system which incorporates the latest advanced switchgear design and features.

Power & Technology Division

The Group’s Power & Technology division develops, manufactures and distributes innovative and technologically advanced revenue meters and metering systems to the global utility industry and is one of the leading smart metering solution providers in the world. Spearheaded by EDMI Limited (“EDMI”), the Group’s listed subsidiary, the division is well positioned to leverage on growing demand for electronic metering products. Under the metering portfolio includes power quality mitigation products, advanced infrastructure and energy management systems to industrial and commercial energy users.

Trading & Distribution Division

Led by Bridex Singapore Pte Ltd, this division is the exclusive distributor of electrical products and equipment for numerous international companies. The division also develops and manufactures the RudolfTM brand of products. The business strategy of this division rides partly on the Switchgear business, capturing the critical mass of component requirements from the construction market.

Building Services Division

Heading this division is Quantum Automation Pte Ltd (“QA”), which is a key provider of high-tech building automation and control systems and a major purveyor of intelligent building and energy management systems in Singapore and the neighbouring region. QA is a niche and recognised solutions provider for commercial building controls and intelligent home automation systems. Specialisations include: integrated security and anti-terrorism systems, soft addressable fire alarm systems, public address and public display systems, automated blind systems, laboratory control systems, remote site monitoring systems and cashless car-park systems.
