Corporate Office Closure for the Chinese Lunar New Year

Dear friends, associates and shareholders,

The Corporate Office of SMB United Limited and its subsidiaries will be closed for the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays from 23 -27 January 2012 and we will return to office for work on Monday 30 January 2012.

Participation in the Asia Smart Grid 2011

Our wholly-owned subsidiaries EDMI Limited (“EDMI”) and SMB Technologies Pte Ltd (“SMBT”) are participating in the Asia Smart Grid 2011 that is held in conjunction with the Clean Energy Expo Asia 2011 that is part of the Singapore International Energy Week 2011 (31 October 2011 – 4 November 2011)

EDMI will showcase its Metering Devices, Data Terminals, Accessories and Software that forms the hardware of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure. SMBT will showcase its AMR solutions that are used for energy monitoring and power quality measurements.

All visitors are welcome to check out our booths at the fair to find out more about our product and service offerings. Please register at the exhibition’s registration booth. Admission to the fair is free.
